We visited Birr Castle Demesne during Science and Engineering week in March for a rocket making workshop. We created our own rockets and then test launched them in the castle grounds. We also took a stroll around the demesne. We saw the Great Telescope, the LOFA satellite, visited the science museum, walked the solar trail. We had a fantastic and informative day!
