This morning, in the beautiful sunshine, we did yoga with Ana! We found it very peaceful and calming to do all of the exercises while listening to the birds. We are having such a fun Active Week and getting a chance to experience so many new activities!

This week is Active Schools Week. Today we had rugby skills training with Denis Russo. We really enjoyed playing bulldog and throwing and passing the rugby ball. We love to keep fit and healthy. We are being coached in fundamental movement skills with Adrian Clancy every Friday. We are learning how to run, hop, jump, side step, throw and catch. It is so much fun and we love participating in all the games and challenges. |
